The bottom text is properly punctuated and laid out. Try to make the top text look exactly like it. You can do this by putting the number of the punctuation and formatting instructions in the blue box into the boxes in the text. When you have finished, the text will be laid out as you have instructed! (You can use each instruction as often as you want!)

Why is text layout important if text is wrongly laid out the effect can look a bit strange and it also makes your work look unprofessional even something simple like the text being lined up on the right seems wrong to us fortunately there are several easy things we can do to make our text look more organized dont use too much punctuation make your text as clear as possiblethink about what the person reading it will see writing good clear text is not difficult it is important though because clear writing shows clear thinking and that will impress your readers
