Disagreement. Tony is saying that he thinks tea is better at breakfast than coffee, so he is disagreeing with George.
4. Jack: That room is very untidy.
Jill: It's not very clean as well.
Agreement. By saying 'as well' , Jill is agreeing that the room is untidy, and is adding some more information.
5. Harry: You still haven't washed the dishes.
William: Take a look in the kitchen.
Disagreement. William knows that when Harry looks in the kitchen he will see that the dishes have been washed, so he is disagreeing with Harry's statement by letting him know that he is wrong.
6. Joe: Wow, that vase is expensive.
Florence: It's an original Wedgewood, that's why.
Agreement. Florence is saying why the vase costs so much. Because she is explaining why it is expensive she is agreeing with Joe's opinion.
7. Mr Jones: This weather is really terrible.
Mr Thompson: Good for the garden, though.
Agreement. Mr Thompson is agreeing that the weather is terrible, but is saying that there are some good things about the weather, even though it is terrible.
8. George: I think you are sitting in my seat.
Hannah: I'm sorry, but I was here first.
Disagreement. Hannah is disagreeing with George's opinion that he should sit in this seat. She does this by explaining why she she thinks she can sit there.
