Sherlock Holmes Investigates

 

Miss Stonor came to meet us. She looked very happy "I have been waiting for you," she said, shaking hands with us. "Everything is fine. Dr. Roylott went to London, and I don't think that he will come back here before evening."

"We have already met the doctor," said Holmes. He told her what had happened. Miss Stoner looked very frightened.

"Good heavens!" she said, "he followed me!"

"Yes, I think so."
