Petra: John, this is a really nice house. How long have you lived here?
John: Oh, just over a year. It needed a lot of renovation but I think we are almost done now.
Petra: It looks big. How many levels does it have?
John: Two. But why don't I give you a small tour of the house? Let's start from the top.
Petra: Do those stairs go to the attic?
John: Yes, but we converted the attic to a guest bedroom, It is still unfurnished but we do have a camp bed if anyone wants to stay overnight.
John: Here is the main bedroom.
Petra: I love your four-poster bed.
John: I like the view of the garden. Ann worked very hard at potting different flowers this spring.
John: So we have daffodils, tulips and roses. She also put some sunflower seeds in. The garden should be beautiful in summer.
Petra: I see you even have a garden gnome.
