Courses: This allows you to select a level. You are doing the Elementary course. If it is too easy, you must try the intermediate course .

Functions: In this area you will find how to perform common English functions, such as introductions, requests and apologies.

Grammar:This section contains a review of the key grammar you need for this part of the course. Here you will find the meaning and the use of things like nouns, verbs and prepositions.

Vocabulary: In this section you learn the words which you most need to speak and read in English .

Introduction

Your course is divided into different areas. Please take a moment to read this introduction. It will help you to use the course to improve your English faster. If you look at the top of this page you will see Elementary Part 1 . This is the name of the part of the course. It will change when you move to a new part. At the bottom of the page there is a message that says Elementary (introduction). This will change when you move to a new lesson or a new page.

Each of the sections (grammar, functions or vocabulary) is about something you need to learn English. Every part has an explanation of the material, and afterwards there are exercises for you to practice.

Most of the exercises you can do on your own. Some exercises will tell you when have made a mistake. With some of the other exercises, you will need to check your answers with a teacher.
