Mr Jones's daily appointments

Mr Jones, you have a directors' meeting at 10 am. But Andrew Smith wanted to see you before the meeting so I asked him to come at nine finteen. Ah, your wife is going to call at 9.45, so make sure you finish with Andrew by then. You have lunch with the director of BS Ltd at one. I need to finish the monthly reports today, so could we go over some figures at 11.30? Oh yes, don't forget your son's birthday gift. I suggest you get something just after lunch. At four you have a video conference with the union people, but Jim wants to talk about it before so he is coming half an hours before. The video conference should finish around five thirty. And that is all for today. Oh yes, don't forget drinks with Sally just after work.

Ann's daily appointments

Helen: Ann would you like to play tennis today?
Ann : Yes, but what time?
Helen: How about 12.30.
Ann: Sorry, I have to collect Bill from school at one.
Helen: Well, how about in the moring.
Ann: Let me see, the plumber is comming at nine thirty, and at eleven I have an appointment with the hairdresser. Perheps the afternoon would be better.
Helen: I have a meeting during lunch but after that I am free.
Ann: Ok, How about four? I'm suposed to meet Jack at four thirty, but I can always meet him one hour later.
Helen: If you are meeting Jack at 4.30, how about playing tennis at five thirty. There is a movie at seven I would like to see.
Ann: What is the movie?
Helen: "The Runaway Jury", do you want to see it?
Ann : Yes, why not?
Helen: OK, see you at tennis then
