Who is the Peter Duck CD for?
What is on the CD?
There are twenty-eight units. These units are interactive games that teach essential grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation for first-level English. The lessons are designed to put the student in control, so that he or she can learn at their own speed.
So is it a language course?
Yes. But with the easy-to-use menu, you don't have to study from units one to twenty-eight in order. You can go straight to the things you need to know, and start practising them at once.
How much material is there?
Each unit has four or five lessons, and there are twenty-eight units, so the disk represents a complete course for a student starting to learn English.
What computer do I need?
Any computer with a CD reader, and Microsoft Internet Explorer installed. Because you can run the course off the disk, you do not need to install anything on your computer's hard disk.
